Services Provided: 
Access to Savology financial planning software on a subscription basis. 

Standard features, customer support during business hours via email, and regular updates. 

Optional Add-On Features: 
Credit Score Monitoring & Account Aggregation 

Subscription Fees: 
Annual: $59.99 per year 

Optional Add-On: $36 per year 

Payment Terms: 
Payments are automatically billed at the beginning of each subscription period. 

Subscriptions and add-ons can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. 

Ownership: 
The Savology software and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Savology. 

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the subscription period.

Confidentiality: 

Any proprietary information shared must be kept confidential unless required by law. 

Termination: 

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. 

The Service Provider may terminate if the Client breaches any terms or fails to pay. 

The Client may terminate if the Service Provider breaches any terms or fails to provide services. 

Service Level Agreement (SLA): 
Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. 

Support Response Time: Within 24 hours during business days. 

Penalties: 20% service credit if the uptime guarantee is not met. 

Legal and Binding Agreement: 
This agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of Colorado.
